Jeff Nichol
"Looking back on the family dynamic, it was the big events that got us through the day to day busy times," says Jeff. "We went on ski trips and cottage vacations as a family. We kind of condensed our time together and made it matter."
While Jeff officially started working in real estate as Yoki's assistant about seven years ago, he has been indirectly involved for more than two decades. At 10, he and his brother, aged 12, delivered flyers for Yoki as she introduced herself to the Calgary market.
With high school, college, university, hockey, football, rugby and rodeo behind him, Jeff made a decision to enter the real estate field. After one year assisting Yoki and learning the business from a personal perspective, Jeff launched his own real estate career. While different in style, both Jeff and Yoki share the same principles that keep them at the top of their game. For Yoki, it comes from instinct blended with experience. For Jeff, it comes from having grown up seeing that having integrity, paying attention to and listening to what people want and doing the right thing for them leads to success.
"Jeff understands the commitment that a career in real estate demands," Yoki explains. "He grew up in a family where flexibility was necessary but it was also necessary to ensure that family time was given appropriate consideration."
